Madewell is committed to providing the highest quality of services within a trusted environment. Beware of email scams and frauds. Emails purporting to be from Madewell or any of its brands (for example YumTable) can easily be sent to a large number of people, including our clients. Fraudulent emails generally provide a link that requests personal details e.g. account name, login details, password, email address. The purpose of these scams is to fraudulently obtain access to clients’ account details and other information.
Should you receive any emails requesting your user name or password, etc, delete the email.
Under no circumstances should you reply to the email, click on the link provided or enter any of your personal details. Madewell will never request personal login details via email.
If you have provided your personal details please immediately contact Madewell via support email.
If you receive anything that is suspected to be a fraudulent activity, please do not respond to it, notify us. If possible please send your contact phone number and the suspect email to us as an attachment, rather than simply forwarding the email, as this helps to identify the author and source.
